Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy (RTT) is a new therapeutic approach which combines the beneficial aspects of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Neuroscience
RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. However RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach.
We know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, both physical or emotional. They want rapid results. So the first difference with RTT is it aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session. Although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions
RTT® helps break bad habits such as smoking, enables people to achieve extraordinary results in sports and performing arts, success in business, and overcome depression, anxiety, fears and phobias. Hypnotherapy improves and affects lives by changing the way a person forms habits and thoughts. As the main outcome, this method releases hormones like serotonin and dopamine in our brains to help us live happier lives.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy
Neuro-Linguistic Programming has been proven to be effective in overcoming various psychological issues such as phobias, anxieties, depression and PTSD.
By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques such as Time Line Therapy help us look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that we can control rather than rather than things that passively happen to us.
NLP teaches us that changing the way we perceive the world can lead us to adjust and adapt our behaviors in order to live the life we dream of.
An NLP practitioner will encourage clients to transform limiting beliefs and move out of their comfort zones.
Unresolved trauma exists when traumatic events experienced are not fully processed, integrated, or healed.
NLP is a solution based outcome and you will notice results after the first session. More severe or lifelong issues require a longer task based approach. A Personal Breakthrough is a series of 4-8 sessions that require 100% participation from the client and substantial behind the scenes hours from the coach.
Time Line Therapy involves treatment at an unconscious level and allows a client to surrender negative emotions linked to past experiences and transform their internal programming.
Time Line Therapy is effective at releasing negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and shame. It can also help us release limiting beliefs such as, “I’m not good enough,” “It’s not available to me,” and “I don’t fit in.”
